Privacy policy

This document explains what data is collected when you use the nobug site, what it is used for, and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is "nobug" MMC (Baku, Azerbaijan). Contact: the email address shown in the Contact section of the site.

2. What is collected

Only the data you provide yourself and what is technically required for the site to work:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • phone or WhatsApp number (if you provide one);
  • the answers and free text in the enquiry form;
  • analytics data: page views, device type, browser, approximate region, on-site actions.

3. What is not collected

No payment data is collected. Health, political opinion, religion and other sensitive categories are neither requested nor processed.

4. Why it is used

  • to respond to your enquiry and stay in contact;
  • to prepare an initial assessment and a proposal;
  • to measure site usage and improve the content.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form. Consent for analytics is managed through browser settings and, in future, a cookie choice on the site.

6. Who it is shared with

Data is not sold to third parties. Only the following service providers may access it for technical processing:

  • Google (Gmail) — the mailbox that receives enquiries;
  • Resend, Inc. — email delivery service (once enabled);
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) — site analytics;
  • Vercel, Inc. — hosting and server logs.

7. Retention and deletion

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months after the enquiry, then deleted. If a project contract is signed, data is kept under the terms of that contract.

To request deletion, write to the email address in the Contact section. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.

8. Your rights

To exercise these rights, contact the email address in the Contact section.

  • access to the data held about you;
  • correction of inaccurate data;
  • deletion;
  • withdrawal of consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. When Google Analytics 4 is active, the following cookies are set:

  • _ga — distinguishes users, 2 years;
  • _ga_<id> — keeps session state, 2 years.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the date above is updated. Material changes are announced on the home page.
